1. Scope & Data Controller Identification
This Privacy Policy applies to the services, websites, developer platforms, and cloud applications provided by Exevity Inc. ("Exevity", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
When you create an account or interact with our platform on behalf of an organization or business entity ("Customer"), that organization acts as the primary data controller for all operational content created within its workspaces. Exevity processes such content as a data processor on behalf of the Customer.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services. This includes:
A. Account & Profile Information
When you register for Exevity, we collect your full name, work email address, password hash, profile avatar, workspace details, and job role.
B. Workspace & Customer Content
We process and store the information you create or upload within your workspaces, including goals, projects, repeatable processes (SOPs), tasks, metrics, comments, assignees, and focus execution data.
C. Billing & Payment Information
For paid plans, payment transaction details are processed securely by PCI-DSS certified payment service partners. Exevity does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
3. How We Use Information
- Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, host, and deliver core platform capabilities, team dashboards, and workflow execution tools.
- Account Administration: To process payments, manage billing add-on packs, send transactional notifications, and verify access authorizations.
- Security & Incident Response: To detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, and software bugs.
- Customer Support & Communication: To respond to technical inquiries, support requests, product announcements, and operational service updates.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You may delete your personal account or request workspace deletion at any time. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, all associated Customer Content and personal profile data will be permanently purged or anonymized within 30 days.
6. Your Rights & Privacy Choices
Access & Export
You may access and export your workspace goals, tasks, and metrics in structured CSV/JSON formats at any time.
Correction & Rectification
You may update or correct your profile details and workspace settings directly within your account settings.
7. Security Safeguards & Global Data Transfers
We maintain industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
